We would love to work with you to create a custom food or wine experience for your private group or corporate event. From birthday celebrations for a few of your closest friends to corporate outings, we can help you create a fun-filled, memorable food or wine tasting tour while you relax and experience the best bites and sips Sebastopol has to offer.

Please contact us at least two weeks in advance to ensure we have time to make your event absolutely perfect.

What to Expect

  • All logistical and tour details will be agreed upon ahead of time by the private group tour organizer and Food Crush Tours.
  • Adolescent and/or Children tickets are not available for Private or Custom Group Tours
  • We can accommodate up to 15 people on a private tour
  • Weekday private tours are generally easier to accommodate and book than weekend tours
  • We can accommodate any food allergies, aversions and/or dietary preferences for your guests
  • Private Group Food Tours are held rain or shine

The tour goes on, rain or shine. Dress according to the weather, and we’ll provide umbrellas if needed. However we’ll do our best to stay out of the rain as much as possible.
